Placing an Order

Select any products that you wish to buy from the Shop section of the website by adding to the trolley, amending quantities as required. When you are ready to pay, go to the trolley and complete the checkout process. You will be able to select 1st or 2nd class delivery for your order, complete your shipping address and you will then be advised of the total to pay including delivery charges. The website only accepts payments via Paypal at present, but I can forward an invoice or payment link if you wish to pay by credit or debit card via Stripe. Orders will only be accepted once payment has been recieved in full.

I aim to post orders out same day if possible, or next day at the latest. I will advise of any anticipated delays with expected timescale. 

If you need to amend an order, please let me know as soon as you can. I try to dispatch orders as soon as possible, so there is often a limited amount of time in which addresses or items can be changed.

Shipping Information

I only post within the UK at present.

Orders are sent out by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class and you can select which option you require during checkout. For 1-3 items, this will normally be a large letter which can be posted through your letterbox. Larger orders will be sent as a parcel.

I am unable to guarantee delivery times, but I can post out by registered post if you wish to pay for this upgraded service. Please message me if you wish to arrange this. 

Delivery cost is calculated on the number of items ordered. Sometimes this is more than the actual cost of the postage, and I will refund any such overcharges back to you. Charges start at £1.60.

Cancelling an Order

Cancellations must be advised to me within 14 days of the order.

If the order has not been dispatched, then a full refund will be issued immediately..

If the order has been posted, please contact me within 14 days of receipt, and return the items within 14 days after that. Buyers are responsible for cost of return postage, and all items should be unused and undamaged. I will then refund the original costs paid. I will only refund the cost of return postage if the item is faulty or sent by me in error.

Customer Privacy

Customers' address and contact details are required only for sending out the order, and in case of any queries. Details will not be used for any other purpose, or sold on to other companies.

I will not have access to any payment information, other than confirmation that a payment has been received. Paypal/Stripe will process the payment, and any refunds will be actioned through them.

Cookies are purely for analytic puposes, ie tracking visitor numbers and search engine referrals,etc. 

Item Descriptions

I aim to describe each product as accurately as possible, but sometimes it is difficult to define specific colours. I try to photograph all elements of each product, but again, colours can appear different on individual monitors or screens. I can sometimes supply samples of fabrics, so please ask if you require an exact colour match.
