If you visit Cornwall and enjoy live music, then I recommend that you try and get along to one of the Eden Sessions. Tickets sell out quite quickly as it's a relatively small venue and there are only a handful of sessions each Summer.
I went along yesterday to see The Stereophonics perform there for the second time. They are amazing live, and I had a brilliant evening. The support act, The Himalayas, started the evening off at 7.15, and after a short break the main act began at 8.30. The biomes are lit up to the beat of the music, so after darkness falls, the lighting around the site is really atmospheric.
The cost of a ticket includes free admission to the whole of the Eden Project, both on the day of the concert and the following day if you wish to return and look around at your leisure. I like to arrive early afternoon to get parked and catch some of the sound checks when you can see the performers and listen to a few songs before the actual concert itself.
Now I have to wait until later in the year when the first of the acts for Summer 2023 Eden sessions are announced. I wonder who I'll get the chance to to see next?
